General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Burlington, North Carolina
We, FCM Hotels, are looking for a dedicated and committed General Manager. You will play a key role in leading our team to exceed guest expectations and support property-wide initiatives.
What will you do?
The right candidate will have the capability to maintain the highest level of customer service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintain a unique guest experience, marketing/sales, executing brand standards and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
About you:
Experience - As an ideal candidate, You will have:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in hotel operations
- A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates
- Energetic with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop team member to their fullest potential
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a positive attitude
- Prior experience operating and leading a food and beverage operation within a hotel
- Be able to analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximize market share
