What You'll Do:

As Front Office Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the daily operations of the hotel — supporting both guests and team members. You’ll lead by example, assist with training, and help ensure everything at the front desk runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading front desk operations during your shift
  • Providing friendly, thoughtful service to every guest
  • Assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns
  • Ensuring front desk processes are upheld
  • Cross-check guest billing for accuracy to ensure payments and charges are correctly routed in the system
  • Promote a positive work culture
  • Provide leadership, and lead by example
  • Coach and support front desk team members
  • Implement training programs
  • Emphasize and promote effective utilization of software and tools
  • Make every guest feel welcome and special
  • Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Providing shift coverage
  • Supporting general hotel operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable with technology and learning hotel systems
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to walk the property and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
