General Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel, drive financial performance, elevate guest satisfaction, and inspire a high-performing team. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to uphold brand standards and company values.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Team Culture
- Empower, engage, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment
- Conduct regular staff meetings, safety training, and performance reviews
Talent Development
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members
- Foster a culture of learning and internal growth
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and scheduling
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Manage budgets, P&L, cost controls, and revenue strategies
- Lead improvement initiatives and drive operational KPIs
Brand & Guest Experience
- Uphold brand standards and ensure service consistency
- Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and resolve service issues
- Collaborate on sales, marketing, and reputation management strategies
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and risk management guidelines
- Oversee audits, inspections, and capital improvements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of senior hotel management experience (focused on rooms)
- 3+ years of Hilton brand experience
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven expertise in financial management, team leadership, and guest relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license required
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to work on-site with flexibility to travel for brand meetings or multi-property support
